We’re James and Felicia, the proud owners of Tiare Views. While we’re based in Auckland, New Zealand, we return to Rarotonga as often as we can—it’s our home away from home.

When we started Tiare Views in 2014, our vision was to create a peaceful space where travellers could truly unwind, disconnect from the noise of everyday life, and reconnect with what matters.

We also love good food and great coffee, and have made sure to include our favourite local spots in the welcome book to help you make the most of your stay.

The Managers
Roz & Henry
Roz and Henry are the heart of Tiare Views on the ground. Roz looks after the day-to-day management of the property, ensuring everything is just right for your stay. Henry - James' dad - is our much-loved maintenance manager and local go-to for just about everything.

Together, Roz and Henry are full of insider tips and local knowledge, always happy to share the best places to eat, explore, and experience. If you're lucky, you might even be treated to fresh fruit and veg from their beautiful garden.
